By using Wrench ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Wrench is a web-based motorcycle maintenance tracker. We provide tools to manage a virtual garage, generate AI maintenance schedules, log service work, track recalls, and estimate market value. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all your data.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Free and Pro tiers
- The Free tier provides limited access as described on our pricing page.
- The Pro tier requires a paid subscription with a 7-day free trial. Pricing, billing, and cancellation terms are presented at checkout.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
- Abuse the AI features (schedule generation, valuation, photo identification) by submitting content unrelated to motorcycles.
- Automate access to the Service beyond normal use (scraping, bots, etc.).
6. Your data
- You own your garage data (bikes, maintenance items, service history).
- You grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the Service.

7. AI features
- AI-generated maintenance schedules are suggestions based on your bike's specs. They are not a substitute for the manufacturer's service manual or a qualified mechanic's advice. Always consult your owner's manual and verify intervals before performing service.
- Market valuations are estimates based on public data. Actual selling prices vary and Wrench makes no guarantees of accuracy.
- Photo identification uses AI to match bikes to make and model. Results may contain errors — always verify before saving.
- Recall alerts are sourced from NHTSA. We do not guarantee completeness or timeliness; always check NHTSA directly for critical recalls.
8. No mechanical advice
Wrench is a record-keeping and planning tool, not a mechanic. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional mechanical advice. Improperly maintained or repaired motorcycles can cause injury or death. You are solely responsible for decisions about maintaining, repairing, or operating your motorcycle.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrench and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the Service — including any mechanical failure, accident, injury, or property damage related to your motorcycle.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
